Transfer Students

Transferring to the IU School of Nursing

The Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree program can be completed on any Indiana University campus, including IU Bloomington, IUPUI, and regional IU campuses.

Transferring to IU Bloomington or IUPUI

The Bloomington and IUPUI campuses make up the School of Nursing’s core campus. The admission requirements for the BSN program are the same for these campuses, and you need to submit only one application to apply to both campuses. When you fill out your application, you will have the opportunity to indicate your preferred campus.

If you plan to transfer to the BSN program at IU Bloomington or IUPUI, your first step is to talk to a nursing advisor, who will guide you through the transfer application process. It is extremely important that you speak with a nursing advisor before taking any other action.
